Tracy, a fully qualified well-established Exmouth-based practitioner.
I love the work I do, I feel privileged to be part of peoples journeys to get them onto the path they wish to be on.
I have experience in many areas including, but not limited to; anxiety, depression, sexual abuse and low self-esteem. People come to counselling for a variety of reasons. Everyone experiences the world differently, what matters to one person may not matter so much or at all to another. No two counselling sessions (or counsellors) are the same, they are as unique and focused as the people in it. So if it matters to you, it matters, lets explore.
Tracy is available in our Clinic in her own private room on Thursdays for individual counselling and can be contacted confidentially via email on:-

I’m Kate, a genuine and compassionate integrative counsellor. I offer a warm, emphathic and non-judgmental space for you to unravel the difficulties you are having, enabling you to explore, heal and grow at your own pace.
Talking – It can be hard to talk about our struggles with family and friends, but not talking about the difficult stuff prevents us from being able to actively problem solve, which can leave us feeling stuck. Counselling provides you with a safe and confidential space, to untangle the worries and problems you are having, and find clarity to enable you to move forward in your life.
Engaging – My therapeutic approach is integrative and humanistic, with a belief that every individual has the ability and strength to find the answers within themselves and reach their full potential. Working in an integrative way means I use a variety of approaches and theories to suit your individual needs; shaping our sessions so you get the most out of your time with me.
Personal – The reason I decided to become a counsellor was because I have faced many of my own struggles and am on my own journey of healing. I have a genuine understanding of the impact of living with mental health difficulties, but I also know that with the right support, growth and healing is possible.
As a counsellor I offer to you, empathy and understanding, compassion and a genuine commitment to helping you through the challenges you face.
I offer individual counselling in a safe and private room in the clinic, on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s.
For a free 15-minute phone consultation or to discuss setting up an initial session, please give me a call, send me an email or text message, whichever is your preferred method of communication.
